Okay eto na... teka pala This blog is not about GMA and ABS CBN ha.. this is about the people behind the show BOY and KRIS and the Website na pinag kunan nila ng pektyurs. Okay Game! Pasok!!!
Thursday, April 3, 2008. No big event was scheduled. My blogging calendar is set free. I was supposed to report for work at one in the afternoon, but due to a nagging headache I have to call in sick for half day.
Then with nothing much really do to at home, I turned on the television. Switched the channel to ABS CBN for their morning talk show Boy n Kris. I must admit I am not a big fan of this show. I don’t like it. But I don’t hate it either.
Then there was this short snippet about the Pintados Kasadyaan Festival of Tacloban Leyte. At first I was kind of excited to see them featuring this festival. Excitement quickly turned into doubts as I started to see photos that are not related to the Pintados Kasadyaan Festival. One particular photo I saw was the Dinagyang Photo which is also being used by the Department of Tourism.
Then my doubts turned into anger. Three photos from my blog appeared one after the other. What made it worse is that the photos were zoomed so close that the watermarks can no longer be seen on television.
So okay, I waited until the show finally run its end credits. No mention of my blog. There was no acknowledgment from my blog, or just even my name. Nada, Zilch.
I tried to call the Boy n Kris department in ABS CBN broadcasting Network hoping to talk to their writers and researchers. But the phone only rings. Nobody answers it. I tried to e-mail ABS CBN but I also did not receive any reply.
So here I am now telling everyone the writers and staff of ABS CBN Broadcasting Network’s show Boy n Kris used my photographs without my permission. No credits were even mention at the end of the show.
To the new president of ABS CBN, Charo Santos Concio, Madam, please try to check how your writers and researchers do their job. You are paying them their salary while they are just surfing the internet and copy photos without permission to be used in your shows.
How pathetic. Do you still live up to your old tagline: “In the service of the Filipino, worldwide.” The cheap dirty old tricks of your writers should be stopped.
To those who have read this blog post, please forward this to your friends so that they will be aware of what ABS CBN is doing to small time bloggers like you.

hi Jessa! this post is not about Kapuso or Kapamilya..this post is about how abscbn's employees work ano ba naman yung bigyan ng credit yung byahilo.com or magpaalam sa may ari ng post. kung ikaw yung photographer then yung mga pictures mo ginagamit pala ng isang malaking kumpanya and the name of your site deleted na rin sa picture.

may bagong problem na naman ang abscbn? Hmm! mukang ma te terminate or suspend ang writers ng boy n kris.di ba nila alam na di basta basta pwede gumamit ng pictures sa TV ng walang paalam?
im a kapamilya addict,,,but yeah totoo yun i experience it a lot of times,, :) nung guest ung friend namin sa pex naman nila kinuha ung post pictures ko,,,pero walag acknowledgement ok lng hinayaan ko na lng,,,
to the disillusioned public. all networks do their share of shitty things. stop watching tv. most artistas have scripted lives. literal. pati pag-iyak while singing a song. it is a life of bluffing and all that jazz. oh please. some of your respected news people and artistas are mean to the core. get the spotlight out of your eyes. most of them are so not worthy of your reverence. their lives are contrived. i feel a little hurt to know that some researchers and writers are like this. i have actual friends who worked and are working in the media especially in the kapamilya network. that is why i get some chismis about things that happen behind the scenes.
but stealing someones work and broadcasting it is not right. and quite frankly illegal. sana magtanda na sila. pero malamang hindi.

Pero talagang parang mahina na talaga ang mga writers ng EBS-CBN Copy-Mily Channel Chew.Mga ibang balita nga sa TV Patrol galing lang sa YouTube.Ganda pa ng PBB kasama yung mga magulang sa loob ng bahay.
ayaw ko baka di ako mag survive! ang COPY-Milya daw kukuha ng franchise ng FEAR FACTOR pangtapat sa SURVIVOR ng GMA.Eh Fear Factor parang Extra Challenge lang yun eh...expected na mangyayari dun..papakainin ng kung ano anong nakaka diri tapos papatalunin sa mataas.
teka mabalik tayo sa Boy n Kris...sa tingin ko naka abot na to sa EBS-CBN Channel Chew.
mmm. while reading your blog naalala ko tuloy yung nangyari dati.... i forgot what its all about basta yung may taong dumating na nakasakay sa airplane and the abs had an exclusive video kaso lang yung video tape na yun na ere sa kabilang station.... halos ipahiya na nga nila sa sobrang patama.... hellowww....self-assessment please.
